Thanks for your apologize, I hope that it is not only an apologize, but you should know that your behavior is totally unacceptable.
If you really face great pressure these days, you should play more sports, sports can help you release the presure, but not staying at home all day to play tv games and gambling.
In these three years, students in whole class can feel your sincerity and your kindness. We all know that you are not a bad person indeed.
Jerry, please, get rid all of the bad habits you have including gambling. I do think gambling is a great harm to a young person's health development. If you have any upset or worries, you can share with us.
Please don't hurt the trust between you and all the girls in our class. We all support you and I do not "mad at" you, but promise us that you would accept the medical treatment provided.
